Chakra balancing with crystals.
A gentle approach to the seven main energy centres, without rushing or forcing anything. The intention is to create space for calm, awareness and a greater sense of inner balance.
Each chakra brings a different theme.
I approach them individually — more as a map for mindful work than something that needs to be “fixed”.
Root
Stability, grounding, a sense of safety and connection with the body.
Sacral
Emotions, relationships, creativity, pleasure and a freer flow of feeling.
Solar plexus
Personal strength, boundaries, decisions and a sense of agency.
Heart
Openness, closeness, self-kindness and the ability to build relationships.
Throat
Communication, self-expression and speaking in a way that feels true to you.
Third eye
Clarity, observation, intuition and greater distance from mental overload.
Crown
Inner quiet, a wider perspective and connection with what gives personal meaning.
Calm, simple, without forcing.
We set an intention
We begin with a brief conversation about what you need. We are not looking for a diagnosis — just a simple direction for the session.
I select crystals
I use carefully chosen minerals as steady points of focus while working with the individual energy centres.
You rest
The session takes place in quiet. There is no need for visualisation or special exercises. You can simply rest.
Everyone responds differently.
There is no required experience. Some people describe:
Feeling nothing in particular is also completely fine. A session is not a test or a task to perform.
When this form of work may feel right.
You may consider a session if…
- you feel overloaded and need calm,
- you are going through change or recovery,
- you want to reconnect with yourself,
- you prefer a gentle, non-invasive practice.
An important boundary
I do not use chakra work to diagnose or treat illness. It is a supportive practice centred on relaxation, awareness and wellbeing, and it can sit alongside appropriate medical or psychological care.
Balanso sessions are supportive and relaxation-focused. They are not medical services, diagnosis or therapy and do not replace consultation with a qualified professional.
