1. Personal data contact
Personal data submitted through the Balanso website is processed by the entity operating the Balanso service. For privacy and personal data matters, contact balanso.pl@gmail.com.
2. Data collected
The contact form may include your first name, last name, email address, phone number and message. Please do not send medical records or other highly sensitive information through the form.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used only to handle your message, reply to you and — if your message concerns arranging a session — to take steps at your request before a possible agreement. Depending on the context, processing may rely on Article 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Retention
Correspondence is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the contact and any subsequent cooperation, and may then be retained for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims and meet legal obligations.
5. Service providers
Messages from the form are delivered to the Balanso Gmail mailbox. Hosting and email providers may process data only to the extent required to provide their services.
6. Cookies and analytics
The current Balanso version does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If consent-based tools are added in the future, this policy and any consent mechanism will be updated accordingly.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
8. Security
The site is intended to use HTTPS, collect only necessary data and protect the contact form against automated spam. Please avoid including information that is not needed to handle your enquiry.
